PROCESSING & HANDLING

We will endeavour to get your order processed as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to processed. Please note this can be longer during sales or busier periods.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once you have made an order and your order has been fulfilled you will receive a email with your tracking number.

Please allow 5-18 days for your order to arrive and please note that once your order is with the courier we cannot be held responsible for shipping times and delays.

Shipping costs are:

Australia: 

Flat Fee: $9.95 or FREE over $120 AUD

International:

Flat Fee $12.95

 

RETURNED TO SENDER

Please note if your order is not delivered due to incorrect address or not collected from the post office in timely manner you will need to wait for us to receive the order and request for us to resend you items. This will incite a $10.95 shipping fee to cover reshipping, restocking and processing fees.

 

RETURNS

Please note any returns that you wish to be sent back to us must be sent with tracking and return shipping costs are paid by you. Please send us an email with your return tracking number so we can confirm it return with us.
