All orders are shipped with tracking. Once you have made an order and your order has been fulfilled you will receive a email with your tracking number.

Please allow 5-18 days for your order to arrive and please note that once your order is with the courier we cannot be held responsible for shipping times and delays.

RETURNED TO SENDER

Please note if your order is not delivered due to incorrect address or not collected from the post office in timely manner you will need to wait for us to receive the order and request for us to resend you items. This will incite a $10.95 shipping fee to cover reshipping, restocking and processing fees.

Please note any returns that you wish to be sent back to us must be sent with tracking and return shipping costs are paid by you. Please send us an email with your return tracking number so we can confirm it return with us.

The fit of our clothing depends on the style, the cut, the the fabric and styling of the garment. While we endeavour to ensure that the style and sizes of the garment are consistent across our range it can differ slightly.

Please use the below guide when choosing the correct size for your little ones.

When in between sizes or unsure we recommend sizing up to get more longevity out of your items.

 What we need from you:

A public Instagram account (and Facebook and Tiktok if you like!)

Four different Instagram posts tagging us @littleluxebubbas and using the hashtag #littleluxebubbas per month of your cutie wearing our clothing - that’s just one per week!

If you can create Instagram stories that’s a bonus - showcasing your little ones in our clothing.

If you have a TikTok account and can create fun and engaging content featuring our outfits that’s a bonus.

Permission to use your images and content on our social media, website and for promotional purposes.

Our ambassador program runs for a 3 month period and during this time you will be required to produce 12 high quality images featuring our products. After 3 months we will continue to work with our ambassadors that have met all the requirements.

Share your unique discount code with your followers on your Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook accounts to promote our brand.

Receive your own unique discount for purchases. (This must not be shared with family and friends - however you can share your seperate family and friends discount code with them).

Photo reviews of each item you have received on our website on any of the items of clothing you have received.

Regularly engaging with our social media posts by commenting, liking, sharing and replying to other people comments on our posts.

Tagging @littleluxebubbas #littleluxebubbas on all your posts with our products.

Delivering the requirements on time on consistent basis.

You must be following all of our socials including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Facebook Group.

Please note -
An initial purchase is required before joining the ambassador program and a discount code will be provided once you are accepted onto the Brand Ambassador program. If, however, you already have items purchased from our store these can be used also as long as they are currently being sold on our website.
